I did contact the Consumer Fraud Office and made a complaint against Dragon City and also submitted my proof.CENTER-CUT FILET MIGNON, SHRIMP, & LOBSTER To beat it all, I didn't get what I had ordered, and only one item was right. I reluctantly gave him the $9.25 against better judgement! I called the owner about it the next and he advised me that the website was updated earlier in the morning and didn't even apologize for what had happened. He advised me that if I didn't accept and pay the additional money, I wouldn't be getting a refund on what I had already paid. I told him that was totally insane and that I didn't want the order. I showed him my email confirmation, but he didn't care and that I still had to pay the $9.25 in cash.
Altogether, I was told that I still owed $9.25 cash over what I had already paid via my debit card online. When my delivery arrived, I was advised that I still owed more money because their online ordering had not been updated to reflect their new prices and that the taxes had also not been updated, plus on top of that I had to pay for delivery which was another $5.00. I was sent a confirming email showing my order and the amount paid. I placed my order for delivery the evening of July 20th, 2015, via their website and paid for it.
